I had expected the windows to slide out, but they are glued in place. I guess they are the accordian like things between cars to keep out the weather. The other thing on the package : "Diaphragms" I did not see any. They are easily removed by pushing the door hinge out. I took it apart for painting, and noticed the little white plastic things that prevent the doors from opening. "Vestibules with opening doors." Mine would not open.
